From Candidates

  • Name and contact information (email, phone) 
  • Resume/CV details (employment history, education, skills, references) 
  • Job preferences, compensation expectations, career objectives 
  • Any additional information voluntarily shared during interviews or communication 

From Clients/Employers

  • Company name, role requirements, compensation ranges 
  • Contact person details 
  • Business information shared for recruitment purposes

From Website Visitors 

  • Technical data (IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, time/date) 
  • Contact form submissions (name, email, message) 
  • Cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics – anonymized) 

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., religion, caste, health data) unless strictly necessary and with explicit consent.
