Indian Lateral Hiring:
Mid-to-senior roles in BFSI, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales and Manufacturing. Typical packages ₹15–55 LPA. Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune.
Global Fully Remote Hiring:
India-based talent for US and Middle East clients. Primarily Technology, Product, Data and Revenue roles ($90K–$180K equivalent).
Everything is contingency. We only win when you do. Our fee is earned only on successful joining. Everything else — time, research, coordination — is on us until the role is filled.
